  • KDS may remove you from training for unsafe conduct without refund.

KDS does not guarantee any specific training outcome, certification result, tactical advantage, or personal safety result.

SECTION 3 — RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Kennedy Defensive Solutions INC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, agents, and partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
